- **Personalized text messaging:** Personalize your texts by including the recipient's first name, last name or both to connect on a personal level. 

- **Long-form text messaging:** Send a message of up to 280 characters that will be received as a single message (compared to 134 characters in a standard message).

- **Analytics:** Track number of clicks, click-thru rates, and conversion rates of any form distributed via text message.
